1. This privacy policy applies to Free Grace Evangelistic Association’s website at https://www.freegrace-ea.org/(the “Website”). We at Free Grace Evangelistic Association take your privacy seriously. This policy covers the collection, processing and other use of personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”) and the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”).

3. By using the Website you consent to this policy. We are exempt from registering with the Information Commissioner’s Office but we follow ICO guideline as far as possible.


Information we collect


4. We do not collect personal data on this website from those simply visiting or reading the site.

We do collect personal data if you choose to complete one of the following online forms: 1) Membership / Membership renewal, 2) Sponsorship. You will also be asked to provide personal details if you choose to interact with us via the Stewardship site or by emailing us direct via the email addresses provided. If you decide to make donations to the charity, we will hold Gift Aid information or account details as supplied by you.


5. We may also use analytical and statistical tools that monitor details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data (but this data will not identify you personally).


6. We do not process or take any payments directly via the website. On-line donations are made via “Stewardship” website, as directed by links. These donations are covered by the Stewardship privacy policy.
