‘I confirm I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in each tax year (6 April to 5 April) it is my responsibility to pay any difference. Free Grace Evangelistic Association will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 I Gift Aid. If I pay income tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to me, I must include all my Gift Aid donations on my Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust my tax code.’

• want to cancel this declaration
• change your name or home address
• no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains
Tax claimed by the Free Grace Evangelistic Association charity:

Stewardship
When setting up the donations through stewardship on-line donations, it is essential to identify your donation with your full name and the word “Sponsor”.
After the first donation is received, sponsors will receive quarterly updates on the work of FGEA and reports on foreign visits; this will be sent by e-mail.
Sponsor personal details will only be used for the purposes of FGEA sponsorship. Sponsor personal details will not be passed to any third party.
